The Giver
Whose perspective is missing in this text? What would it be like if we put it back?
In my book, the giver, The Giver, and the reciever, both believe that the people should be able to chose, that there should be colors, and hills, and weather. They strongely believe that the elders, and the chief elder, is completly wrong, which makes you go along with them. But what about the Elder's perspective? If we knew what they thought, then maybe the book would be better. It would show us why they did what they did, and maybe we'd side for them.
Also, while the elders got rid of a lot of happiness, like love, christmas, color, snow, they also got rid of a lot of bad, like pain, war, loss, deiseses, and hunger. So maybe if we saw the elder's view, we would have a less of a one-sided point.
